YOGA
Clara LeBlanc -500 RYS, certified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Primary yoga. Some of her continued education has been at the Omega Institute, studying with teachers like Seane Corn, Sherrie Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Rod Stryker and Cyndi Lee . inShape's yoga classes are Hatha based with a fusion of all forms of yoga for maximum benefit.
Yoga Flow - Vinyasa Yoga flows between the tradition static yoga asanas. Vinyasa is about linking the movement of the posture to the breath and gives a lot of importance to the journey between the postures.
Pole Yoga - Iyengar yoga using the Pole as your assist. Iyengar Yoga is named after and developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, it is a form of Hatha Yoga that emphasis on detail, precision and alignment.
Hatha Yoga - This class has combinations of asanas or postures and sequences designed to align your skin, bone and muscles. Also, to open the many channels of the body so that energy can flow.
Chakra Yoga -Clara uses her knowledge of the chakra system and yoga combined to release and clear the path to open blockages that are holding tension, pain, low self esteem, and any imbalances we may be haveing. This practice opens and nad balances the chakra energy system. you will feel the difference days after attending.
