InShape Ladies Fitness Blog

We believe our instructors at InShape Ladies Fitness are a beautiful collective of knowledge and life experience. That is why we are shifting our focus into becoming a Women's Wellness Center on top of our wonderful classes that we offer. We want to see you more often, at book club, support group meetings, holiday parties, and everything else we do as the tight knit community that we are. But we also want to offer you more of our knowledge, more of ourselves. The juicy stuff that makes us who we are. What does this look like? Empowering workshops that focus on a myriad of women's wellness issues and long term health. Fun competitions and extra classes every once in a while. Working with massage therapists, counselors, physical therapist techs, etc to get more professional knowledge about what's happening to your body in your hands. And of course, this blog. A source for information pertinent to what you're dealing with as a woman, because it matters to you, so it matters to us. Please join us as we grow.
