I've been a member since July 2010. I danced for most of my life, ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and I've even did a little belly dancing. Dance has been the only workout that I crave; I hate going to the gym, but put on some music and I'll dance for hours. :) Finding pole fitness has been an experiment in self confidence and a bit of a dare (and a bucket list cross off!) for me. I feel more toned and sculpted than I?ve felt in a long time, and even though at the end of the night I?m worn out, I can?t help but come back for more the next day. The ladies are wonderful, and I can't stress that enough. It?s the biggest group of girls I've ever found who genuinely get along and there's not even a hint of catty-ness. They're supportive and loving, no matter what. Clara and Sandy are awesome instructors. Ladies, if you're looking for a gym, you've found it. You won't be disappointed, whether you're looking for regular classes, or want to come try out pole fitness.
